Pain with intercourse can occur for many different reasons dependent upon anatomic or pathologic source.  Some of the more common reasons are:

  1. Intraabominal/pelvic pathology:  Endometriosis, fibroids, Pelvic adhesions, Adenomyosis, pelvic congestion etc.
