- Desire a more youthful appearance
About Labia Majora Augmentation
The tissue of the vulva is affected by aging in the same ways of other tissue. Over time skin laxity and sagging can occur. In some women, vulva bulk is lost as well over time. Augmentation involves the use of materials to “reinflate” the vulva. Most commonly Dr. Ashford uses the patient own fat cells without without PRP. Filler materials similar that that used in lip procedures can also be used.
Additional treatments
In some cases there may be excess skin as well that required a labia majoroplasty. This procedure removes an eplliptical portion of labia majora skin to result in a tighter appearance.
